Privacy note.
The short version: we collect your email so we can send you Vet Rounds. We never sell it to advertisers or share it with sponsors. You can leave any time with one click.
What we collect
Your email address, plus anything you choose to tell us (your role, or details in a reply or waitlist email). Our email platform, beehiiv, also records standard newsletter data: sign-up date and source, opens, clicks and approximate location. We use it to improve the newsletter and to count our audience in aggregate.
Who processes it
beehiiv hosts our subscription pages and sends our emails as our service provider, under its own privacy policy (beehiiv privacy). Our inbox is hosted by Zoho Mail. We use these providers only to run Vet Rounds.
What we never do
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We don’t give sponsors or advertisers our subscriber list. Sponsors get only aggregate numbers (for example, total subscribers or clicks).
Cookies
This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our subscription pages on beehiiv may use cookies for basic functions and audience measurement under beehiiv’s policy.
Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe from the link in any email. To see, correct or delete your data, email hello@veterinaryrounds.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We don’t sell or share personal information as defined by those laws. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.
If Vet Rounds changes hands
If Vet Rounds or its business is sold, merged or transferred, subscriber information may transfer to the new owner, who must keep honoring this note (including your right to unsubscribe). We’ll tell subscribers before that happens.
Kids
Vet Rounds is for working professionals and isn’t directed to children under 16.
